Many people want to migrate to the USA to start a new life, live the American values, and contribute
to the nation. No matter the reasons, immigration laws have become increasingly strict and it has become more difficult to have access to a green card. However, it is not impossible to get it, as it still an option for the government to grant residence to law abiding and honest living people.
Each immigration case is different, in my case, I started with a H-4 Visa that I obtained in the US consulate through my parents, I was underage at the time I had the visa, and it is stated that H-4 visa is dependent of the parent that holds an H1-B, which is a working visa my father had because of his specialty as a project manager. It took 3 terms of 3 years renovating the visa, until we could finally apply for a green card.
